CUIC - PQ Interval All Fields - Service Level Calculation

Hi All,

I am working on validating a CUIC system calculated SL % from PQ Interval All Fields Report. Could someone please help me to get

Exact formula that should used to calculate SL for PQ ? I have used few from docs but nothing get me with an exact / closed match to system calculated 

Would RONA calls & CallsAbandDequeued will have any impact / role on SL calculation ?
