CUIC "Save To Remote Location"

We are supporting for UCCX & CUIC setup where supervisor raised the problem where they are not able to save the reports on remote computer...they dont want to configure reports send to email option

after entering all parameters in "Save To Remote Location" when we enter to Test connection we are getting an error  "Remote server could not be located.Please check the server status."

where we test a CUIC server ping from remote computer & vice versa....

Have you tried using an SFTP client to connect to the remote location (which should be an SFTP Server)? Does that work?

The remote destination needs to be an SFTP destination, so a standard shared folder will not work.  There are a few freeware tools that provide SFTP Server clients out there.  If you have one setup, you can download WinSCP and connect to the SFTP destination to validate the setup.
