Hello Everyone
I am checking CUIC for some reports but list of applications is not correct. i tried to correct it by "Refresh List" button, but it stays in "Refreshing..." state for some moments and do nothing.
ofcourse all of other values can refresh in 1-2 seconds.
What can i do?

It isn't because of browser compatibility, i almost checked all of possible browsers e.g. IE, Firefox, Chrome.
also as i checked, it is not listed in bugs.

No. I can't do this because service is running and lots of agents are using it 24/7.

same issue. I am unable to see some of application name under value list even after refreshing. Any solution for this?

Hi, so you're saying you see some values but not others? Is it that they have special character names, or perhaps you're running into a defect like this?
