Hi  Talhaharoon,

Please refer to below defect where its clearly mentioned " This code "32764 " is issued after a WAN link flap as observed from MCVD logs."

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvg06338/?rfs=iqvred

Is this server running on HAoWAN or HAoLAN ?

Also, can you please attach Master cluster view daemon logs for the affected time ?

Thanks

32761 is not ready reason code "Agent received non-ACD call"

32762 is not ready reason code "Agent went off-hook"

32763 is not ready reason code "Agent let a call go RNA"

I'm not sure what 32764 is.

Note: In the old Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports in UCCX 8.5 you could run the "Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary Report", which would show all these codes at the top of the page. In CUIC this information is not shown on the report.

We are using HAoLAN

please keep in mind not all agents logout only few agents was logout and it's not a HA failure issue.
