Cisco UCCX stayed for a period of 5 days with the database service out, we fixed this problem but the reports are blank in this period.
When we use the run command uccx sql db_cra {call sp_call_csq_agent ('2017-12-27 03:00:00', '2018-01-06 02:59:59', '0', null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null)} We received data from other days less the data for the period that the database was service out. This is normal?

Jonathan, I figured this data was not written because the database was offline. But I expect a response from Cisco to the subject.

When the engine is unable to write into the database for some reason, the system writes the data into temp file. You may open a tac case to see if you have flat files. If you try to restore them and it fails for some reason the files will be deleted so they have to backup the files before restoring
