CUIC Reports execution failed for 3rd party DB connection 12.5.1

Dears,

We are running CUIC 12.5.1 with the latest ES09. The system is working without any issues for Internal data sources stock and custom reports( CUIC, Live data, AW-HDS)

We integrated 3rd party reports for SQL DB ( old setup AW-HDS and Verint Database) connection.

Weekly once or twice we are facing reports execution failed error for 3rd party data sources connections.

Workaround: opening data source option and after Refresh it is working fine for the week. Anyone has a permanent fix for this issue!

Are you actually receiving an error when the report runs (if so, can you post it here), or is it only showing offline intermittently in the Data Sources view?

If it is an error, do you find anything in the RTMT for instance, or is it only displayed to the user.

What version of SQL are you connecting to as well?
