CUIC scheduled report run we get 2 emails instead of one. One email had correct information and the other one has table/report structure but no data in it.
We tried restart CUIC servers but its doesn't work.
Are you using UCCX or UCCE? If UCCX, are you using a standalone solution? What version? Can you send a screenshot(s) of the scheduled jobs, including the details of the job(s) in question?
