Where I could find log files with details about CUIC scheduler problems ? Is it in RTMT ? If yes, which log file ?
I need to find this information is because some users the scheduler does not work. They do not receive the report by email and the state of the report schedule do not change. For some other users, everything work fine.
All of them have the same rights.

navigate to CUIC OAMP > Device Management > Log and Trace Settings
CUIC1 > CUIC DATA PROCESSING > Log Levels:
under Subsystem Trace Definitions check DCP and DCP_WORKER
pull Intelligence Center Reporting Service
file get activelog cuic/logs/cuic/Error-cuic*
file get activelog cuic/logs/cuic/CCBU-cuic*
