CUIC UCCE not create chart report of historical same UCCX?

On CCX, I can create chart report. But on PCCE I can create chart.

I see historical report of CCE only grid view, not chart. I don't why? 

 

If I want create chart report on PCCE, how I can? Please help me. Many thanks.

Hi Choung-

 

Were you able to resolve your issue? I am having the same problem with creating/running reports with a chart view. I can see the data in SQL but the report will not format correctly in CUIC.

 

Any resolution?

Hi michele.russo,

 

If you use UCCE 11.5, you need create chart view in tab same with Report Definition.

 

First go to Report Definition, then go to tab Report, click report that you want  to create. On below have "create" button, click it, will see "chart"
