CUIC upgrade failed and All the custom and stock reports missing

Dear All,

We have upgraded cisco CUIC from 12.0.1 to 12.5.1. Post upgrade automatically switch version to 12.5.1 and all the reports and reports definitions are missing.

Before upgrade Installed : 12.0(1) ES14 COP on CUIC 12.0.1 version

Upgrade from 12.0(1) ES (11) to 12.5(1) Fix for CSCvv24801: If you are a customer, on ciscocuic.12.0.1.11.cop.sgn COP with CUIC 12.0.10000-48, you must first upgrade to the latest ES release. Upgrading to CUIC 12.5.1.10000-59 must be attempted only after having the latest COP file of the previous release.

We are using the same media for 12.0.1 and 12.5.1 and following the below method.

Enter yes when you are prompted Start Refresh Upgrade (yes/no). yes,

utils system switch-version (yes/no). no

Tried ESXi Console, SFTP and CD/DVD options but the results are the same. Your help will be much helpful to us.

When you say missing, you mean for certain users, or all users?

Can you post a screenshot of what a regular user sees vs. say an administrator?

In other words, are you sure it isn't something tied to permissions?

If you revert back, are the reports visible?

Hi Bill,

We are using the Default System Administrator account. After the upgrade system version is showing as 12.5.1 without any Reports, Datasource, Report definition, Value list etc.. Looks like a fresh system. sorry I don't have a screenshot of that just revert the snapshot to the 12.0.1 version.
