CUIC upgrade from PCCE 11.6 to 12.0 fails

We were in the process of upgrading PCCE from 11.6 to 12.0 and what we found during CUIC upgrade that it fails and when we checked in the replication , it says replication_not_setup on both cuic publisher and subscriber nodes.

Please advice if anyone has overcome this error.

Can you describe briefly how are you performing the upgrade, is it inplace upgrade, what cop files did you apply etc.

Hi Piyush,

We are doing a refresh upgrade on PCCE 11.6 to 12.0 version. As in the CISCO downloads page for CUIC there is no COP file seen prior to upgrade.
We used the command utils system upgrade initiate via SSH and it is taking longer time to complete the process and doesn't succeed with the upgrade.
