Seem I am not able to edit live data query or customize the report.
Here am getting feedback from client, in Agent LiveData report, when the column 'Agent ID' is un-hid, the data shown is not the Agent ID configured in CCE admin. Checked and found that the 'Agent ID' column is getting data from PeripheralNumber field in database.
Any way I can edit the data shown?
