CC is not my core competency, but after some investigation trying to find a list of parameters available to create reports and the customer not being happy with our documentation on CCO...

Besides the document mentioned above, is there a document showing ALL parameters available for creating reports?

actually, I guess the Schema docs would be more useful than the reporting guide above.

Look for the term "Database Schema Guide" for your particular ICM version.
