Hi,

Currently i am getting following error in CG process  ControlFailureConf:13043:IPCC Error [13043]Your request to clear failed.

With the error code provided

13043 PERERR_GW_E_THREADCLEARCALL_UNKNOWN_CALLID

1st Level Text = 'JTAPI Gateway - Error on CLEAR CALL operation - Unknown

Do you see any errors on PG?

As this is for the Clear Call Operation, do you see it for all the calls?

I would recommend to cycle the PG process and check for the errors
