We had it going in our production environment (150k calls a day, over 2 years) but required an exception from Cisco. It was an easy one to get but nonetheless, you won't find it a BoM anywhere. We recently upgraded CVP to 8.5, if you're able to, go that route. 8x behaves much better than 7x did with SIP anyway.. lots of improvements.
