Custom call variables not shown in FIPPA Layout

I have a script where I associate (with Set Enterprise Call Info) to CallVariable10 a parametric value defined into the application settings.

 

I defined a Layout in the Finesse Admin > Call Variables Layout, this way

However, the layout seems not reflected to phone layouts. Can anybody help me troubleshoot this one? Several questions:

 

  • Does the agent need to login again to see the modification up and running?
  • Is it possible that some of my call variables are overridden somewhere in the call flow?
  • Is it possibile that the FIPPA user layout is not the same one that I'm setting up in Finesse?

This document goes over some of the Finesse and FIPPA changes you need to make for custom layout if it helps.

I would do a test with a regular agent first to make sure you have that sorted out, then try it with a FIPPA agent to narrow down the issue.
