Customer Connection Notification in ICM Call Route Patter

We have a requirement to initiate an outbound call via ICM Route Pattern, however when we initiate a call with this method, as soon as the call connects with ICM, we receive a CONNECT event on finesse, however, we are not able to get any notification or event when an actual customer connects with the call. 

 

Is there any way that we can get some notification/event when the call connects with the customer

Are you looking for some type of call progress analysis like is in the outbound option/dialer?

I have some integration on my CTI Interface, as I have developed CTI Interface based on the Finesse API, and i wanted to execute certain rules only when the customer gets connected. But here in this case i am not getting any notification that call is connected with the customer !!
