Customized Reason codes not in Registry

I see customized Not Ready reason codes in CUIC, and I want to change them.  The person who programmed them is no longer with the company.  I looked in the server's registry, but these reason codes don't show up there.  Where do I find these customized reason codes so that I can change them?

Here's the customized reason codes that show up in CUIC.

Here is th the regedit reason codes

Hi,

two places I can think of:

1. the Reason_Code table - take a look at the ICM Configuration Manager > Reason Code List.

2. they are built into the report directly.

It could be setting the text in thresholds in the CUIC report. You are doing thresholds as you are displaying a colour.

As well as setting the background colour you can also do Text Substitution

This is from a CCX report

I forgot to share the reason codes in the ICM. It isn't there either.

Well, it looks like they are in the report template then. Any chance you can share the SQL behind the report?

I'm looking for it right now.  I'm trying to find where the definition for this report is.  do you know how to find out what report definition this report is using?

Yup!  It turned out to be in the CUIC report in the threshold page.

Thank you Graham Old and Gergely Szabo!
