Customizing CAD

Hi There.

I'm wondering if it is possible to have Cisco Agent Desktop pop an input box at the end of a call that could be used to collect additional information about the call (such as amount collected) this would be after the wrapup code had been entered.

I should probably mention that I am using this in an outbound Dialler Call context

Hi,

you can build a simple web form and have the CAD navigate to this web form's URL when the call ends. This way agents can enter wrapup info (into the regular wrapup window) and also additional information into the web form.

May take a while to play around with the Desktop Administrator app, but it's relatively flexible.
