CVP Call server error 404

Hi,

 

while learning CVP comprehensive call flow; i'm stuck with an issue where i'm unable to get call reach till the AGents. in the logs i can see CVP says 404 and RTR says no correlation ID...despite i've seen many forums, i am unable to get this right.

 

sharing CVP and ICM logs for the same.

 

Any help i would appreciate. thanks.

You have only attached the CVP Error log file, please attach the full log file to get us more detail.

apart from that

On CVP whats the MAX DNIS length is set to? (you can check this in oamp --> CVP Call server --> ICM Tab)

also did you restart PGs?

have you by anychance configured network trunk groups for CVPs?
