CVP call studio (11.5.0) With Nuance TTS (vocalizer 6.0)
Appreciate if i can get some advice or thoughts on extending nuance TTS capabilites (Vocalizer 6.0) in call studio 11.5 vxml application.
I can use the TTS in ICM script (inlineTTS micro apps) , now am looking to extend the TTS usage in call studio application so that all the installed voice pack can be used as the call studio inbuilt has only standard voice.
Is there any extra setup to do in in gateway (vxml ver 2 in GW)to integrate call studio & nuance ?
Only vxml tags to send to call studio or adding the vxml tags in the elements? (only programming)
