CVP Courtesy Call Back (CCB) Design/Configuration

Is there a link or document that provides details on CCB design other than the CVP SRND?

I have a solution with the central UCCE/CVP core in the US, and remote sites in UK and Singapore.

The US site includes a CVP Reporting Server, and the CVP Ops Console.

We would like to configure CCB for all three sites. It is my understanding the UK and Singapore sites will each require a CVP Reporting Server (there is not one located there today) to do CCB. Is a CVP Ops Console required in each remote site as well?

It is not possible to configure 2 reporting servers for CCB from a single OAMP deployment. This is by design.


You need to configure seperate reporting servers and opes console for your all CCB sites.
