CVP Courtesy Callback Dynamic qname

UCCE v12.5.

Using the canned UCCE CCB scripts, trying to see if there's an easy way to dynamically change the "qname" in ICM to send to CVP CallbackEntry like {Data.Session.qname} or something similar that works so control is handled in ICM. Trying to avoid changing the vxml app each time we have new queues/skills setup. Is there a way? TIA

Hi, like Janine mention in your other post, the qname coming in must match what you're setting in the SetQueueDefaults node (unless there's some new drastic change in 12.5). So while you can use nodes that set the queue name in ICM dynamically, the qname it is matching in the Callback_Entry script will need to be updated.
