Hello,

We are having  a CVP SIP comprehensive model ( Single site deployment)

1)  Four Co-located Ingress / Vxml gateways (3945)

2)  ICM 7.5.8- Side A , Side B

3) Single  CVP 7.0 server (Call server/VXML co-located) with 260 VXML ports

4) CCM Cluster ver -7

The call volume is approx 1 lakh per day.

One the CVP logs we are getting the following errors.

%CVP_7_0_IVR-3-CALL_ERROR:

Refer failed with 503 - Service Unavailable. May be a problem with Routing Configuration or Gateway Dial-Peer

Q850 Reason [47 - Resource not available (verify CCM media or cpu resources are available).]

Is the above errors due to over load of CVP server. Any idea please.

Regards

Krishna

The SIP REFER method is not part of a standard CVP callflow. Typically you only see CVP sending a REFER when it wants to send the call to the Error dial-peer, at a guess you don't have that set-up properly in your call routing (92929292 by default).

However, the bigger question is : why does it try to REFER to the error dial-peer in the first place. You'd have to check previous events for the same call (by following the Call ID). This could be anything from a non-existent Dialed Number to errors in your scripts, being unable to transfer to a particular agent, ...

Cheers,

Kris
