CVP Record Element-Noise at end of audio

We are using CVP 11.6.  When using the CVP Call Studio Record Element, there is always a short noise at the end of the audio file.  We've tried muting the phone when pressing # to end the recording but the noise still appears at the very end of the audio.  We also tried other keys besides # - all result in a short blip at the end of the audio.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Sounds like the length of the file might be inconsistent with the duration of audio captured.  Try a test using a max duration setting and see what the file contents are.  Also try to record silence or a steady tone so you can identify in the file contents where the audio should have ended and see if there's a piece of junk on the end.   This won't solve your problem but might reveal what's happening and whether there's an underlying defect.
