i use CVP to record the caller's message,but the record filename i have some question
if i assigne a name with it , then they will creat file with the name and cover the last file
and if i'm not assigne ,then they will creat file with himself,but the name i can't understand like audio1358860537156
the name is not time and also not telephone number....
but my customer want the name with CPV creat is like [time]+[calling number].wav ,they can look up the name form CRM....
how can i do ??
