CVP Reporting Server change data retention period

Dear members,

Can someone please lead me to where to change the data retention period on the CVP Reporting server Informix database through the Operations Console.

1. Log in to CVP Ops Console  
2. Go to Control Center - > Select the CVP Reporting Server - > Edit
3. Select  Database Administration -> Data Delete 
4. Under Data Delete Enter the Informix password - > Retrieve Current Configuration
5. Refresh the Retention Period days as required days and give -> Save &Deploy
