Does anyone know of a doc out there that attempts to define CVP AppDev best practices in an ICM environment?
I know there are a million ways to do what you want to do, but the simple things like working with CED, PeripheralVariables and Transferring CTI with each leg of the call are oddly missing from most CVP docs that I've come across. The available docs take either an ICM or a CVP Studio slant and there is no bridging documentation and I'm hoping that it is my searching abilitiy on CCO that is failing and not a case of the documentation failing.
