Dear Experts,
I'm planning to have a CVP Upgrade from 9 .0 to 10.5 for one of our customers.
I already did the upgrade in my lab and I'm planning the below for the customer:
- Upgrade CVP Reporting server and Operations Console during working hours as they don't affect the Call Flow.
- Upgrade both CallVXMLA and CallVXMLB in a maintenance window.
My concern is the RollBack Plan in case something didn't go as expected.
Has someone faced such an issue?

I am also planning same upgrade from 9.0 to 10.5 (common ground upgrade). please let me know if you received any rollback plan for this upgrade.

Hello,
Actually there is no roll back plan as all what you will do is to run the CVP upgrade installation.
As far as I remember, we have faced an issue after upgrading Call/VXML sideB where the call server service didn't go up after the upgrade and we were obliged to uninstall CVP and re-install it again from scratch.
