CVP VXML Standalone Outbound Dialer - Issue


We had tried solution shared by one of Cisco experts for CVP VXML standalone outbound dialing but ended up with a problem. In our case call is initiated by dialer and it starts ringing on the destination mobile phone but then automatically disconnected after some time (around three seconds). In VXML logs, we can see every call is being disconnected after 15 seconds. Here are the details of our platform where we are testing this solution. 


VXML : 10.5 

Egress/ Ingress/ VXML Gateway : 2800 Software (C2800NM-ADVENTERPRISEK9_IVS-M), Version 15.1(4)M7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

FXO Card  - We have connected local landline cable with this card. It is working fine for other inbound and outbound calls. We have also tested direct outbound call using 'csim start' command on the gateway and it went through successfully.


In CVP VXML application we have skipped database integration part and hard coded required values to run this solution as simple as possible. We uploaded all three Tcl scripts on the gateway and whenever we run 'start ob cvp_outbound' command on gateway interface it hits our VXML application and initiate an outbound call. We notice outbound call on mobile phone but it disconnected after few seconds. Here are the VXML activity and SIP messages logs for more details.

Please suggest any way forward to troubleshoot this issue. We are not getting any error in SIP call logs.
