Data difference between Supervisor Desktop and Database

Hi,

Three part question regarding UCCX 8.5

1. Does anyone know why there could be a data lag/difference between information that is seen on the Supervisor Desktop and the data in the actual database? I am specifically talking about AgentStateDetail. It seems like the Supervisor desktop is at least a couple seconds faster than what is shown in the database tables?
2. Does anyone know how much processing is done by UCCX in memory, external to the database?
3. Does UCCX use a slave and master scenario for the databases? So master is for operational processing and slave is "after the fact" data processing?
