Database Estimator Tool

Has anyone tried using the database estimator tool lately? I can't get it to work now but have used it before. Any ideas?

Works just fine for me, check your Java version, here's mine:

C:\Users\dmacias>java -version

java version "1.6.0_25"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_25-b06)

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.0-b11, mixed mode, sharing)

By saying that it works fine does that mean that you tested before replying?

Of course.  I just tested it again and got a message saying "error, click for details."  So, there might be something wrong with the site, it did work with FF 5.0 at first.

Yes this is the exact same error I'm getting. I used this tool a month ago and it worked fine. Now I've tested with XP, Windows 7 and Ubuntu with no luck. Is their any other similar tool?

Thanks. Tried it now. Only one problem versions 8.0 and 8.5 of UCCE take me direct to the web site .

LOL had completely forgottten that it went away with 7.x, pain in the butt.  Hmm, maybe open a TAC case.

The developer of this application has moved it to a standalone java application.

We are in the process of finding a location on Cisco website for a permanent home of the Database Estimator Tool. In the interim, I have sent to you the file which contains the standalone version.
