Datasource Issue in UCCX 8.5.1.11004-25

All  - We created DATASOURCE where Test connection also success, Once we saved and navigate to same Page we couldn't find the Datasource which we created.

Tried to add DATASOURCE with Same Name its throwing error as already exist and we tried with differnet name same problem occurs.

Any idea on this.

Hi, I think I have seen this before. Could you check whether the number of parallel connections is not limited  somehow?

Also, could you please post the UCCX MIVR logs.
