Delete queued emails

Hi all.

I need to delete all emails in queue up to a certain date. As I understand, in UCCX 10.5 it can be done with the utils uccx eemtables cleanup normal 5 06/06/2020 queued command, however when I use this command in UCCX 11.6 the message is displayed:

Executed command unsuccessfully

No valid command entered "

Am I doing something wrong or is this command no longer supported? Is there any way I can do this in UCCX 11.6?

Thanks

I asked the TAC and this is the answer:

Here are the only two ways to delete the emails from SM:

  1. You can query in SM UI and mark them discarded one by one. It cannot be done in masse.
  2. Delete Email CSQ. It will delete full emails.

I hope you can use this information.

...this may or may not be of benefit, as I am still back on release 10.6.
If you haven't already done so, you may want to try using the "?" to see if the CLI command in the newer version has been updated--there may be new arguments/attributes to run the query/function.

admin:utils uccx eemtables cleanup normal ?

Syntax: utils uccx eemtables cleanup <mode> <remaining args>
Normal Mode : utils uccx eemtables cleanup normal <csq id> <cutoff date> [queued|resolved|assigned|all]
Required: csq id = <csq id>, cutoff date = <cutoff date>
Optional: email state = [queued|resolved|assigned|all]
UID Mode : utils uccx eemtables cleanup uid <uid1> [uid2] [...]

Hope this helps.
