Deleting agents in IPCC 7.0

I deleted a agent using IPCC web admin console. After that if I try to add a agent with same login name it complains about "agent already exists" even though the agent is not listed in IPCC web console.However I noticed that the deleted agent still exists in the DB tables.

I am a newbie and don't get it.Why would the agent still exist in DB if I deleted it using admin console?.

Any help is really appreciated.

You need to go to the Deleted Objects under Administration in Configuration Manager and "Delete Permanently" from the db. If you are using System IPCC I'm not sure how to "permanently delete" them in there.

In System IPCC the delete tool is still in Config Manager on the HDS/AW.
