Desktop Administrator

Whenever we log into the desktop administrator to associate an agent to a team we get an error saying:

ERROR LOADING APPLICATION ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATOR.

Any one out there seen this before, IPCC express version is 3.5.2 SR1 administrator is 4.5.6.2
