when there is call routed to agent or when agent make a call, the desktop agent disconnect from login state and have the error log "The critical error has been received. Either your phone or the callmanager is offline. If you are not already logged out,you may need to logout and login again "
I use the Desktop agent with MTP without IP Phone handset at the agent desk.
Please help me

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
Make sure the Cisco CallManager server is online and Verify that the agent's phone is in service.
