Determine who disconnected

When an agent initiates a transfer or conference via the ctios agent desktop toolkit, how can I determine if the agent they are transferring the call to disconnected before the transfer/conference was completed?

ICM 7.5 (9)

Have some agents pointing fingers about dropping calls and just trying to determine who is at fault or if it could be a system issue.

You might want to start by looking at the Call Manager CDR records to see where it shows which side hung up the call (Agent A vs. Agent B).
