Dial Out is not happening on the SIP Dialer

Hi,

we have recently migrated the dialer from SCCP to SIP. PIM and Dialer are Active.

when we do the testing, we are facing an issue. baImport is importing the contacts and Dial_List is getting prepared successfully.

but when i check the BaDialer log i am seeing the attched error. And Dialout is not happening.

Please suggest.

Version - UCCE 9.0.4

Error Message - 20:30:51:956 dialer-baDialer Trace: (CLMGR_SIP)    Control failure event, port: 085, id: 1000000015, failure code: 13 [CF_INVALID_CSTA_CONNECTION_IDENTIFIER], peripheral error code: 10137

Hi All,

Issue got fixed.

CUCM extension lenght was configured as 10 digits and dialer ports were configured as 4digits.

After modifying the Dialer port lenght to 10 digit all ports got registered on Active PIM.
