We are running Cisco SIP Outbound Dialer for Agent & IVR based campaign.
Dialer is working as expected, but sometimes without dialing customer contacts Dialer is putting call Result as =10 (Customer answered and was connected to agent.)
Note : If I upload second or third time dialer will dial and customer will receive the call. ( Line per agent =1)
Please let us know the reason and fix for this issue !
We tried different service provider but the result is same.
PCCE 11.6 – SIP Dialer with CUSP deployment.
