Well, you will probably need to provide more background and logs than that screen. The fact that you see the process windows shows that this is a pretty old system (version 8 or 9 maybe)?

But for instance:

- how does campaign manager look? CM-X means it isn't connected.

- did you reboot everything as far as central controller and this PG/dialer or only certain components?

I would say, you need to think about upgrade. You are running very old software, that is not supported.

You need to provide more details about the problem, so any advice can be shared
