Last week I had strange situation in my UCCE 9.0 system. It was happened between 2:10 PM and 2:40 PM, Dialer stopped making outbound calls for campaigns. The problem started about 2.11 PM when most of the agents went to ready status and stayed in this state for a 20-30 minutes.
In 2:45 PM we restarted the outbound Dialer process and everything return to normal. I have no idea what was the cause of this problem, and It would be grateful if you could give me a solution to protect systems from this this situation in the future? I added logs in attachments.

It can be network if Dialer and MR PG is not on same system.

can you also collect dialer logs for the time span of the issue and attach it here?

from 14:09, the dialer started complaining about MR pim disconnection:
14:09:49:089 dialer-baDialer Trace: (DD) **** Media Routing PIM is not Connected ****
Thats the reason why dialer can not dial out because it can not reserve agents any more.
