did something get deployed that broke gadget dialout?

Getting errror now method not allowed.

Has anything changed?

Everything has been working for a while.

Finesse is not on the cloud, so the only thing that could have changed is on your system. Did the CTI server go down? Tomcat? CUCM? Check the logs.
