Difference Between AWDB,HDS,DDS

Hi Everyone,

I need to clarify something about AWDB ,HDS And DDS,can you please someone explain me what is the difference between AWDB,HDS and DDS,

Hi,

The difference the data what they have. Each databases have their own tables.

AWDB will contain only the Configuration Data and RelaTime Data

HDS will contain only the Historical Data

DDS will contain Detail information of each call.(call variable,Agent trace data)

How long time data stored HDS and DDS, I know that ; HDS  stored 14 days data by default.

Can you please more detailed.

Usually by default  HDS data is stored  for 100 days.

Data storagedepends on DB space  available andit can be increased accordingly.

Hi

HDS by default it would retain the data for 1095 days,

Logger Database would retain 14 days of histrorical data.

HDS and DDS are not seperate databases while you look, If you look at your HDS database, there are tables as below

Termination_Call_Variable

Route_Call_Variable

Agent_State_Trace.

These tables contains the detailed informtion about the each and every Call and Agent.

HDS will have 15 and 30 minutes Intervals

DDS will have Details informtion about the Call

HDS and DDS are same database called as Data Server, just the tables make the difference what data it contains
