Difference between CallsRoutedToday and CallsOfferedToday

                   Dear All,

I just want to understand,what is actul CallsRoutedToday and CallsOfferedToday.I went through Schema guide but not able to understand properly.Need your help on this.

Mukesh,

The way I read it is CallsOfferedToday counts internal calls whereas CallsRoutedToday does not. I suppose you could easily verify this by running a route call detail report for calls and filter out the records from internal DNs and see if it matches the count of CallsRoutedToday.
