can anyone explain what is the advantage of using CUPS or CUSP over dialer in UCCE comprehensive deployment to distribute incoming calls from voice Gateway to CVP call servers?
Also would like to know if there is an advantage of using the same for distributing VRU labels coming from ICM instead of DNS SRV.
