What is the difference between ‘web based Cisco desktop administrator’ and ‘desktop based Cisco desktop Work flow administrator’ on UCCX (role)?

Hi

'web based' is the interface you browse to in the navigation link in AppAdmin. Here, you can assign workflows to agents, and set up other system parameters related to CAD.

'desktop based' is the one you install from tools/plugins in AppAdmin. It's a Windows based app used to actually prepare the workflows and set up phone books etc, which you then assign to agents using the web-based admin.
