Good day everyone,
I have this issue from my customer. They are using Finesse and everyone is also monitoring the dashboard in CUIC. When the agent login to Finesse CUIC shows the agent is not-ready but under the Supervisor view in Finesse that agent is logout. As soon as the agent makes ready then CUIC and Finesse show the same status. Is this normal?

What is on the dashboard and what is in Finesse?
In other words, what type of report(s) are they using on the dashboard? Stock real time? Live Data? Something custom?
Similarly, what are they looking at on the Finesse desktop?
If you can include a screenshot of both, that might help narrow it down.
You shouldn't see a difference between the different data sources, but that would at least track down the issue (like if both systems are using a real time report).
