disable uccx cluster HA

Client need temporary breaking the UCCX v9 cluster HA to finish the DRS backup, and re-associate HA again, as need getting the database DRS backup first before rebooting the UCCX cluster servers. what is the better process without re-installing the uccx secondary server and only temporary disable the uccx cluster HA?

DRS backup can be done without breaking the HA, unless you have restrictions on your network.

go to the part of  "Reset replication between nodes" you can disable the CDS and HDS before your activity and enable it again after.

Thanks Mohamed, I will try that as you referred. we are trying breaking the HA because we got the DRS backup failed for UCCX cluster with error: ERROR: UCCX DB replication is not setup properly, Backup Completed...
