i have CCX 11.X . i am new to scripting. i'm wondering if there is any way to disconnect calls to agents after N minutes.

What script do you have so far?
Why disconnect after time? What are you trying to achieve?

Not possible unless you create some custom Finesse gadget to do this, but this seems like a terrible idea.
